Before lease signing
First month's rent, last month's rent, and a refundable security deposit equal to 75% of base monthly rent are due at lease signing. First and last month include applicable pet rent.
Pets are not automatically accepted. Each pet requires prior written approval based on its individual behavior, safety, and suitability for the property. Paying a pet fee or pet rent does not itself authorize a pet. Approved pet households pay a $200 one-time non-refundable pet fee plus $50 in monthly rent per approved pet. Assistance animals are handled separately under applicable accommodation requirements.
You will receive the Illinois Summary of Rights for Safer Homes at the front of a new or renewed residential lease, with acknowledgments on each page.
Equal Housing Opportunity
We comply with federal, state, and local fair housing laws and do not discriminate against any person based on a protected characteristic. If you have a disability and need a reasonable accommodation in the application process, please contact us at (618) 559-6000.
