Bank transfer (ACH)
Pay directly from checking or savings — the lowest-cost option.
Debit or credit card
Instant payment. Card processors may charge a convenience fee.
AutoPay
Set it once and rent is paid automatically every month.
Cash at retail stores
If your portal offers it, pay with cash at participating stores using a barcode.
Rent policies
Good to know.
- Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
- A late fee applies if rent isn't received within the grace period in your lease (5 days).
- Returned payments may incur a fee and may require certified funds afterward.
- Your lease is the final word on amounts, due dates, and fees.
- Payments are credited to the oldest balance first unless your lease says otherwise.
First time paying online?
- 1Find the portal invitation email we sent when your lease was signed.
- 2Create your password and log in.
- 3Add a bank account or card under Payments.
- 4Make a payment or turn on AutoPay.
